What it is and what it is not
For starting a dental routine with a puppy, and for the adult dog that accepts a finger but not a brush with a handle. This is the format that meets the least resistance.
The bristles wrap the whole circumference of the thimble, so one pass touches the outer and the inner face of the tooth. Working with your finger you feel the gum and adjust the pressure without thinking. You notice it in how many days in a row you manage to brush before giving up.
It does not remove tartar that has already formed and it does not replace a dental scale by your vet. It also struggles to reach the last molar on large long-muzzled dogs: a handled brush is better there. And if the dog bites down hard, use the chew instead.

How to use
- Put the thimble on your index finger and wet it.
- Let the dog sniff and lick it for a few seconds.
- Lift the lip and rub the gum line in small circles, one side first.
- Build up to ten or fifteen seconds per area and stop before he tires.
- Rinse it, leave it to dry or put it in the dishwasher.
Frequency: daily if you can, and at least three times a week.
