How long does delivery take?: Orders leave Barcelona within one working day. The courier delivers in mainland Spain in 2 to 4 days, or next day with the express option. That means you can start the routine the same weekend instead of waiting another week.
What if it does not work for my dog?: You have 90 days to tell us you did not notice the difference. We refund it even if the container is open, because a care product has to be used to know whether it helps. You can try it without the decision costing you money.
Can I cancel the subscription?: A subscription is paused or cancelled from your account, in one click, without calling anyone. It sits under My account, in Subscriptions, and the change applies immediately. You refill when it is time and stop when it is not needed.
Do you ship outside Spain?: Right now we ship to mainland Spain and we are working on the Balearics, the Canaries and Portugal. When a new area opens we announce it by email before switching it on. Write to us and we will tell you as soon as it reaches your address.
