Terms and conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

Contact: hola@perroamante.com. These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer protection.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT (21% as a general rule). Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.

The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation by email. Card payments are handled by a certified gateway and card details are never stored by PerroAmante.

3. Withdrawal and guarantees

You may withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason, and we refund within 14 days of being informed.

On top of that we offer a 90-day commercial guarantee: if you do not notice the difference we refund you, open containers included. Goods also carry the three-year statutory conformity guarantee under Spanish law.

4. Subscriptions

Refill subscriptions can be paused, resumed or cancelled from your account at any time, with no calls and no penalty.

5. Products and community

Our products are hygiene and care items, not veterinary medicines, and the educational content is not a diagnosis. Warning signs mean a visit to the vet.

Access to the PerroAmante Circle opens with your first purchase and is personal. Posting means agreeing not to diagnose, not to sell and not to publish images of injuries.

6. Governing version

This English text is a summary for convenience. The Spanish version of these terms is the binding one. Final wording pending review by [legal counsel].
